Four Victims Wounded at Howe Park Sacramento — Unlawful Gathering Results in Shooting





Late Saturday evening, an unlawful gathering of several hundred people at Howe Park in Sacramento's Arden-Arcade neighborhood erupted in gunfire when 20 to 25 gunshots were fired as Sacramento County law enforcement were in the process of clearing the crowd.
