Follow the Charles “Julio Foolio” Jones Homicide Case — FL v. Alicia Andrews

A group of armed men allegedly fired dozens of rounds, taking his life and injuring three others.

She faces charges of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder.

Detectives have presented forensic phone records that they say show her role in the planning. This includes Instagram messages and photos recovered from her online accounts.

The defense argues that she didn’t know what the others intended Julio Foolio court hearing to do. They claim she was not involved in any plot.
